With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gina Welch (Scranton, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent LuAnne Haselden Welch; her uncle Hank Welch; and her grandparents, Coker Welch (Fannie) and James A. Haselden. She is survived by: her parent Coker Eugene Welch; her siblings, Charles Dwayne Pate (Joyce Wells Nesmith) of Sumter and Amanda McGee (Kris) of Lake City; her uncle Andy Welch (Melissa Mims) of Turbeville; her aunts, Vicky Fulton (Darby) of Kingstree and Denise McKnight (Billy) of Kingstree; her grandmother Betty H. Szczepanski; her nephews, Christopher Liam McGee, Jacob Will McGee and Thomas Dane Pate; and her cousin Taylor Welch (Josh McCrea).
