It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Bailey (Scranton, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Bailey; his parents, Eliga Bailey and Pauline Horne Bailey; his son Barry Deleon Bailey; and his siblings, Frances Evans, Ruth Staton, Harvey Bailey, James Bailey, Bill Bailey and Junior Bailey.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan McKnight (Robbie) of Effingham; his grandson Austin McKnight of Effingham; and his siblings, Sherrell Evans of Pamplico and Robert Bailey (Debbie) of Effingham.
