He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Thomas Smith, Sr. and Melody Faircloth Smith of Lake City; his son Colton Levi Smith of Effingham; his siblings, Michele Falcon (Eric) of San Antonio, TX and Jason Smith of Scranton; his grandmother Sara Smith of Pamplico; his nieces and nephews, Isaac Bishop, Cameron West, Sadie and Victoria Falcon; and also Tori Capps of Effingham.
