It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Headden of Saint Matthews, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin C. Headden and Marie Williams Headden; his wife Lila Headden; his children, Janet Ruth Headden and Michael Headden; and his siblings, Charley Headden, Jimmy Headden, James Headden and Hazel Ann Windham.
He is survived by: his sister Thelma Roebuck (Peter); his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Headden and Dixie Headden; and his niece Joni Headden Whisenhunt (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
