He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peggy Littlefield Turner Albers of California and James Otts Turner; his wife Anita West Turner; his sons, Marty Winston Turner (Brandi) of Roebuck and Kelvin James Turner (Ashley) of Williamston; his sister Lyn Bailey of California; his stepsiblings, Debbie MacCallum of California, John Albers of California and Chuck Albers of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Winston, Corben and Nora.
