He is survived by: his brother Arthur Bloxham; his wife Shirley Bright Bloxham; his sons, Donald Rawlings, Jr. (Ruthie) and Christopher Harold (Neena); and his grandchildren, Andrew (Sarah), Joseph, David, Olivia (Brian), Isabella, Kendall and Jake.
