She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Adair Smith; her parents, James Elmore Stephens and Mildred Horton Stephens; and her son Thomas Phillip Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Smith (Libby) of Spartanburg, SC and David Smith (Janice) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, Laura Leonard (Tyler) of Thornton, CO, James Smith (Katie) of Indian Land, SC, Chelsea Gray (Kyle) of Brevard, NC, Drew Smith (Caroline) of Spartanburg, SC, Matthew Smith (Vale) of Lima, Peru and Temple Smith Renfrow (John Mark) of Greenville, SC; her great grandchildren, Madelyn Leonard, Warren Smith, Emerson Gray, Jacob Smith, Miles Gray, Sofia Smith, Josey Kate Smith and Emma Smith; and her siblings, James E. Stephens, Jr., Eldora Floyd and Patsy Eubanks.
