He is survived by: his mother Lois Hannah Purvis of Catawba, SC; his wife Jone Purvis; his sons, Nicholas Purvis (Sonya) of Massachusetts, Matthew Purvis (Caroline) of Fort Mill and Jesse Purvis of Lancaster; his siblings, Ronnie Purvis of Catawba, Teri Rivard (Ron) of Clover, Debbie Norton (Steve) of Rock Hill and Brenda Hallman (Rod) of Rock Hill; and his grandchildren, Raven Purvis, Tiffany Purvis and Andrew Purvis.
