He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Stephanie Stone Watkins; his daughters, Niah of Rock Hill and Makenly Watkins of Rock Hill; his parents, Sandy Steele and Ty Watkins; his sister Chancey Watkins Padgett (Shaun Padgett); his nieces and nephews, Madisyn and Payton; his brothers, Chris Watkins of Orangeburg and Marty Watkins of Cope; his uncle Buddy Hill; his aunt Becky Hill; and his sisters, Cassy Hardy of Walterboro and Whitlee Fisk of Walterboro.
Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Travis' honor to The Hebron Colony, a residential, Jesus centered rehabilitation center for men in Boone, NC, which also offers a women's rehabilitation center in Santee, SC.
