He was predeceased by: his parents, Bundy Hoyte Starnes and Doris Knight Starnes; his sister Susan Elizabeth Parrado; and his nephew Bundy Lee Starnes. He is survived by: his brother David Lee Starnes (Elizabeth) of Moore, SC; his brother-in-law Ralph Parrado of Seneca, SC; and his nephews, Joseph Parrado (Christen) of New Cumberland, PA, Eric Boyd (Laura) of York, SC and Michael Parrado (Meghan) of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by five great-nephews and three great-nieces.
