He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl "Darlene" Blagg-Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Brook and Tyler; his father Bill Blackwell; his stepmother Judy Blackwell; and his siblings, Stephanie, Tonya, Mary and Billy.
