She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas Burns; her son James Shackelford (Ricky); her grandson Drew Blackwood; her siblings, Donald "Red" Beaver, Ralph Shirah, Jr. and Sheila Jennings; and her stepfather Ralph Shirah.
She is survived by: her siblings, Randy Shirah, Nancy Head (Buddy), Jean Head (James) and Hilda Beaver; her children, Randy Shackelford, Michael Shackleford (Leah), Belanda Ramsey (Bryant) and Crystal Burns; her grandchildren, Maleah Rogers, Summer Mullinax, Brandy Mullinax, Tanner Mullinax, Selena Mullinax, Michael Smarr, Jonathan Ramsey, Emily Ramsey, Joshua Sinclair (Brooke), Richard Shackelford, Matthew Shackleford, Tanner Turner, Tate Shackleford and Tessa Shackleford; and her great grandchildren, Elias Ramsey, Aiden Sinclair, Brielle Shackleford and Noah Shackleford.
