She is survived by: her children, Karen Ricker (Eddie) and Buddy Birchfield, Sr.; her siblings, Ronald Taylor, Mary Lee Azar and Kathy Threat; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Davis, Bret Ostwalt, Zachary Birchfield, Buddy Birchfield, Jr. and Christian Birchfield.
