It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pennie Webb of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Wareham, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Claven Pelkey and Marjorie Cornwell Pelkey; and her husband Richard Webb. She is survived by: her children, David Eugene Seals (Lexi) of Gainesboro, TN and Elizabeth Buffy Subjeck (Douglas) of Rock Hill; her granddaughters, Carrie Elizabeth Amodei (Chris) and Rebecca Subjeck Smyth (Sean); her great grandchild Emily Grace Amodei; and her pet Misty.
