It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael John Carr of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Gabriella. He is survived by: his parents, John William Carr and Elizabeth Eeet Carr; his wife Lisa Sylvester Carr; his children, Amanda Carr of Chester, SC and Jamie Carr of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Justyn, Annabella, Amia, Aubrey, Michella and Daniella; his sisters, Debra Carr Sabino (Brent) of Pointe Claire, Janet Shedrick (Johnny Vezina) of Beauharnais and Nancy Carr (Martin Coursol) of Montreal Canada; and his parents-in-law, Roxanne Fisher (James) of Grant, FL and George Sylvester (Minerva). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Oakdale Baptist Church, 1249 Oakdale Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
