He is survived by: his daughter Ellen Claire Kettlewell; his sister Rosemary; his wife Jeanette Lynn; his siblings, Georgiana Kurtz (Terry), Sandra Behrens (Steve), Rosie Huffman (Stan) and Matt Kettlewell (Kelly); his nieces and nephews, Teresa Kurtz (Jonathan Myers), Anne Behrens, Sarah Kettlewell Blanchard (James), Allison Huffman Raymond (Mike), Jennifer Huffman, Katherine Kettlewell Hamilton (David), Madison Oxley, Alyssa Wilkes, Scott Behrens, Matt Kettlewell, Annabella, Kailana and Drew Oxley; his parents-in-law, Ernie, Patty Wilkes, Kim Wilkes Oxley (Delbert) and Randy Wilkes (Frankie); and his friends, Mark and Jeanette. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Because of the pandemic, a celebration of life will be held at a later date when it is safe to do so.
In lieu of flowers, it was Mark's desire for people to invest in a child.
