It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Giles of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Callie A. Smith and Beatrice Bell Smith; and her daughter Susan Giles. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Giles of Georgetown, SC and Cynthia Bishop of Rock Hill; and her grandchildren, Chuck Giles, Susan Bishop, Charlotte Bishop, Natalie Giles Stephens (Tariq) and Haley Giles Quattlebaum (Zeb). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Giles's name to Oakland Baptist Church, Ministry Center, 1067 Oakland Ave., Rock Hill, SC, 29732.
