It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Balius of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Gonzalez and Maria Gonzalez. She is survived by: her sister Berta; her sons, Gene and Alex; her grandchildren, Gene Jr., Michael, Amanda and Alex Jr.; her great grandchildren, Adelie, Arielle, Chloe, Dylan and Zachary; and her daughter-in-law Barbara. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews.
