It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Hunter of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Parks McClain and Ruby Lodonna Steele; her husband Robert Keith Hunter; her daughter Tamara Lodonna Hunter Sanders; and her brother Arthur McClain.
She is survived by: her grandson Benjamin Sanders of Rock Hill; her sisters, Sharon Neely (Donny) of Rock Hill and Gayle Hall (Wayne) of Rock Hill; and her nieces and nephews, Brian Neely, Amy Hall, Lisa Faile and Allison Boone.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in memory of Mrs. Lorraine Hunter to India Hook United Methodist Church, 3300 Mount Gallant Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
