He is survived by: his cousins, Frank, John and Ed Barnes; his former wife Martha Nelson Beard; and his stepchildren, Glass of Rock Hill, Francis of Beaufort, Ladson Barnes, III of Rock Hill, Martha M. Elliott, G. Steve Moore, Jr. and Louise M. Mickle. He is also survived by family members, friends.
