He is survived by: his wife Wanda "Wendi" Bishop Blanchard; his son Brandon Ray Blanchard (Kayla) of Newton, NC; his stepchildren, S. Luke Barnes (Elizabeth) of Waxhaw, NC and Britni Tai Nickalo of Rock Hill; and his siblings, Keith Everette Blanchard (Sandi) of Kings Mountain, NC and Kimberly Marie Blanchard of Tega Cay, SC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
