It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Richard Clinton of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William L. Clinton; his grandson John Clinton; and his brother William L. Clinton. He is survived by: his sons, Dan (Teresa Clinton), Mike (Aletha Clinton), Jim (Barb Clinton) and Tom (Robin Clinton); his wife Louise Venard Clinton; his grandchildren, James Clinton (Nikki Campos Clinton), Dan Clinton (Amy Cabiness Clinton), Andy Clinton (Katie Hill Clinton), Brittany Clinton Strebel (Brett Strebel), Allison Clinton Kingery (Redding Kingery), Jillian Clinton and Austin Clinton; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Clinton, Ellie Clinton, Hayden Clinton, Charlotte Clinton, Anna Clinton and Davidson Kingery. He is also survived by his four boys, their wives, and his grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, the Clinton family will hold a private memorial service at St. Anne Catholic Church with Father Joseph Pearce officiating.
