He was predeceased by: his son Jason John Perry; and his parents, John J. Perry Sr. and Fern Bush Perry. He is survived by: his wife Dana Hill; his son Patrick Mazzone (Sarah) of Erie, PA; and his siblings, Arlene Perry-Seifried (Greg) of Glenshaw, PA, Bonnie Perry of Weedville, PA and Allen Perry of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
