With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Privette Monteith of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Privette and Virginia Privette; her husband John W. Monteith; her sister Patricia Ramsey; and her brother-in-law H. L. Yarborough.
She is survived by: her sons, John W. Monteith Jr. (Marilyn) of Rock Hill, Scott Monteith (Bridgette) of Clover and Dean Monteith (Neely) of Rock Hill; and her siblings, Buddy Privette (Tracy) of York and Nancy Yarborough of Rock Hill. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
