He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Devinney, Sr. and Liza Ferrell Devinney; and his siblings, Robert E. Lee Devinney, Jr., Elbert Devinney, Kenneth Wayne Devinney, Margaret Devinney Cannon and Evelyn Devinney Sellers.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce S. Devinney; his sister Faye Ruth Joy; and his sisters-in-law, Leatrice Devinney and Betty Devinney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
