He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Mendenhall and Mildred Mendenhall. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Wescott Mendenhall; his children, Justin Mendenhall and Devin Nance (Paul); and his stepchildren, Ben Watkins (Robin) and April Watkins. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
