It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coleen Scott of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Irving Scott; and her son Tom Howard. She is survived by: her children, Frances Harsey of Anderson, SC, Susan Wenghofer (Richard) of Rock Hill, Lily Howard Davis (Eddie) of Rock Hill, James Moore Howard, Jr. (Connie) of Rock Hill and Deborah McManus Phelan (Jim) of Rock Hill; and her sisters, Caroleen Sanders of Rock Hill, Ruthie Johnson and Sandra Smith of York, SC.
