We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2021, at the age of 73, Ben Walter Barrett of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Abbeville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calhoun Barrett and Ellen Prince Barrett; and his sisters, Gloria Barrett, June Barrett and Emma Dubois.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Newell Barrett; his children, Leslie McIntire (Don) of Lake Secession, SC, Brad Barrett (JoAnne) of West Columbia, SC and Chris Barrett of Rock Hill, SC; and his sisters, Ruby Napier of Greenwood, SC, Eula Morrison of Greenwood, SC, Margaret Hughey of Duluth, GA and Jesse Davis of Greenwood, SC. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
