She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Allen Ingram and Mildred Burris Morton; and her husband Donald Floyd Markease, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Melinda Markease of Rock Hill, Thomas Eugene Morton, Donald Floyd Markease Jr. (Kimberly) and Mark Steven Markease (Angela); and her sisters, Joyce Smothers of Rock Hill and Linda Laney (Bill) of Rock Hill. She is also survived by her nine grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Markease's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959.
