We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2021, at the age of 73, Mark Wayne Carter Sr. of Ridgeville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Mark Wayne Carter, Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Alma Grooms Rudd and Monroe R. Rudd. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Rudd Carter; and his siblings, Patricia Carter of Boone, NC, Wilbur Ashley Carter, Jr. (Jayne) of Givhans and Cheryl Sloan Rees (Roger) of Oregan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
