He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jones and Lucielle Green Jones; his wife Agnes Pinckney Jones; his brothers, Charles and Phillip (Agnes); and his son Alvin Don Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Sharper Lee Jones of Cocoa, Jesse Jones of Cottageville, Brenda Lawson of Sumter and Angela Garrett (Alonzo) of Cottageville; his grandchildren, Sarah Rice, Klinia, Tamika, AJ, Latoya, Juwon, Brian and Dexter; his great grandchildren, Matthew, RaQuan, Aaron and Jaxon; his daughter-in-law Wendy Jones of Columbia; and his sister-in-law Apostle Joyce Gordon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
