He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Evatt and Gladys Evatt Taub (Allen); and his niece Christy Wilson Parr. He is survived by: his wife Beth P. Overfelt; his sisters, Linda Oakley and Donna Taylor (Sammy); his son John Robert Fulton Evatt (Janet); his stepchildren, Judy Haynes, Susan Von Hollen (Jimmy) and Coulter James (Lynn); his nephew Jason Wilson (Annette); his grandchildren, Skyler Evatt (Markie) and Avery Evatt; his great-niece Riley Wilson; his stepgrandchildren, Jena Curtis (Brian), Coulter LaBoone (Carolina), Alex Von Hollen, Whitney James and Coulter James, Jr.; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Richard LaBoone and Autumn LaBoone.
