It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Barrett Turner of Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Barrett and Jessie Barrett. She is survived by: her husband David R. Turner; and her sisters, Judy Barrett Pace and Barbara Barrett Trotter (David).
