With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fay A. Maxwell of Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Jaime Lafoy; her parents, Daisy Willimon Alexander and David Seaborn Alexander; and her siblings, Edward Alexander, B. C. Alexander, Morris Alexander, Elizabeth Brewer and Mildred Cash.

She is survived by: her husband Pat Maxwell; her sister Joan Moore; her sister-in-law Gig Alexander; her grandsons, Dustin Edmonds (Brittany) and Jason Edmonds (Erin); her great grandchildren, Laila, Bailey, Bella and Bristol; and her nieces, Rachel York, Susan Grant, Deana Moore and Lora Stephanchick.
