It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Williams of Pendleton, South Carolina, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Major Williams; her parents, Major L. Oliver and Alice Glenn Oliver; and her siblings, Alice Oliver, Rose Oliver, L. C. Oliver, Johnny Oliver and Major Oliver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shonna Williams and Tonia Jones; and her siblings, Mary Young, Sandra Owens, Linda Dawson, Jessie Oliver, Joe Michael Oliver and Charlie Oliver. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
