He was predeceased by: his parents, George Garrison and Rosie Miller Garrison; his significant other Janie Eva Estell Greenlee of Pendleton, SC.; his children, Hack Garrison Jr. and Elizabeth Garrison; his granddaughter Pascha Denson; and his great grandchildren, Jasmin Foster and Omarion Garrison.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth B. Garrison of Pendleton, SC and James Thornton of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great- great- grandchild; and a host of SPECIAL nieces, nephews and relatives.
