He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lavern Butler Lockaby; his children, Carol Sanders (Mark) of Hartwell, GA and Samuel Lee Lockaby, Jr. (Michele) of Easley; his stepchildren, Ronald Tollison (Terri) of Easley and Angela Brady (Kevin) of Honea Path; his grandchildren, Shelby and Ashley; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Gavin, Jeremy and Emily; and his sister Mary Staton of Greer.
