She was predeceased by: her husband David Donald Durham; her parents, James Trueman and Willie Brown Elrod; her sons, James Truman Durham and Donald Daniel "Danny" Durham; and her sisters, Opal Morehead and Frances Attaway.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Holly Welch Durham. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
