He is survived by: his daughter Deloris; his wife Gracie Lee Davis Jacobs; his children, Tommie Lee Jacobs (Ruth) of Little Mountain, NC, Rudolph "Rudy" Jacobs (Wanda), Floyd Jacobs (Shelia), Evangelist Carolyn Jacobs, Delorise Phillips-Johnson (Freddie), Freddie Jacobs (Tonya), Henry Jacobs, Johnny Jacobs, Tom Jacobs Jr. and Gloria Dennis (Cory); and his brother-in-law Joseph Davis (Annie Ruth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
