He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ray Barrs and Nadine Juanita Lucas Barrs; and his brothers, Roger Dale Barrs and Dwight Barrs. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Marie Settle (Gary), Brandon Lybrand, Malcomn Thomas Barrs (Ariel) and Amber Juanita Barrs; his grandchildren, Bradley Settle, Mileena Barrs, Amara Barrs and Ezekiel Barrs; and his siblings, Gene Barrs, Brenda Henzler, Wayne Barrs and Dianne Williams.
