He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Fulmer and Virginia Fulmer; his brother-in-law Archie Smith; his niece Jennifer Smith; and his nephew Chris Smith.
He is survived by: his close friend Juanita Lillard; his son Blake Fulmer (Denise); his sister Shirley Fulmer Smith; and his grandchildren, Blaine Fulmer, Brodie Fulmer and Ainsley Fulmer.
