He was predeceased by: his child Johnnie "Jay" Nathaniel Toole, Jr.; and his siblings, Raymond Toole (late Susie), Paul Toole (late Ressie), Stacey LeJune Toole (late Evelyn), Lester Toole (late Yvonne), Robert "Bob" Lee Toole, Jr. (late Bobbie Ann), Bonnie T. Nettles (late Mitchell "Gilly"), Samuel Toole (late Sylvia) and Billy Lee Toole, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Margaret "Jeannie" Manuel Toole; his children, Margie Leigh Toole Corbitt (late Jack Corbitt), Miranda and Lucienda "Cindy" Toole Black (late Keith Black); his grandchildren, Jason Robert Toole (Krystal), Stanley C. Rawls, Jr., Gerald Ross Hutto, Avrol "Lori" Black Brooks (Stephen), Keith Black (Heather) and Johnnie; his great grandchildren, Aaron Keith "A. K." Black III, Marcus James Brooks, Charleston Elaine Black, Josie Mae Black, Jason Brett Toole, Hunter Cade Toole, Jaylee Toole and Jake Toole; and his siblings, Martha Jo Moser (late Robert "Bob"), Betty T. Davis (late Paul) and Boyce Edgar Toole (Vicki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
