She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ruth Chaney Shumpert and Joseph Asbury Shumpert; her son Billy Ray Bailey; her siblings, Henry David "H. D." Shumpert and Margie Louise Shumpert Barr; and her stepsiblings, Huley Shumpert, Vern Shumpert and Frances Gunter.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Larry Bailey; her children, Wanda Boyle (Todd), Larry Bailey (Gwen) and Tony Bailey (Joy); her grandchildren, Danny Peel (Tristan), David Peel, Sydney Boyle, Tamara Hopkins (Charles), Alyshua Medlin (Robbie), Tyler Ott, Dalton Bailey (Leslie), Sean Bailey, Lincoln Bailey, Brent Bailey (Esther) and Vicki Bailey (Jerry Rose); her great grandchildren, Jace Peel, Nathan Peel, Quinn Peel, Madison Peel, Charles Hopkins, Autumn Hopkins, Romeo Rodriguez, Zoey Rodriguez, Liam Medlin, Paisley Medlin, Brent Bailey Jr., Jacob Bailey, Abigial Bailey, Elora Bailey, Elaina Bailey, Madilyn Rose and Billie Rose; and her stepsiblings, Walter Shumpert, James Shumpert, Donald Shumpert (Sarah), Joyce Gantt (Billy), Patsy Hilyer, Faye Cannon (George), Lynn Brettschneider (John) and Elaine Spears (Stanley).
