It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Crout Sr. of Pelion, South Carolina, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleola Dunbar Crout and Charlie William Crout of Pelion, SC; and his sister Patricia Metcalf. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cushman Crout; his children, Joanna Mitchell (Bryan) of Aiken and Stewart Crout Jr. (Jessica) of Aiken; his sister Carolyn Williamson of Pelion; his grandchildren, Ashley Poole, Katie Hill, Benton Mitchell, Kahlan Crout and Diana Crout; and his great grandchildren, David Hill and Kane Swigart.
Due to the current pandemic, face masks are required.
