He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Aaron Proctor and Blanche Gartman Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Wreather Ann Elders Proctor; his children, Gergory Proctor, Michael Proctor (Amber) and Darlene Smith (Glen); and his siblings, David R. Williams (Lola), Harvey Proctor (Carol), Jerry Proctor, Ray Proctor (Linda), Betty Lorick, Maybell Killion and Sarah P. Jumper. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
