He is survived by: his wife Judy Hayes Windham; his children, Lori Windham Short (Jim) of Lancaster, SC and William Durham Windham, Jr. (Bow) of Chesterfield, SC; his grandsons, James McLeod Short, III of Lancaster, SC, Forrest Brice Short (Tabitha) of Lancaster, SC and Christopher Durham Short (Ronni) of Lancaster, SC; and his siblings, Beverly Windham Jerald of Gilbert, SC, Charles Alfred Windham of Conroe, TX, Franklin Delano Windham and Wilbur McMaster Windham of Columbia, SC..
