He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hajec and Katherine Hajec; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Jane Arnone (Bill), Richard Hajec Jr. (Lori) and Ted (Lori); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Colby, Abby, Jacob, Anna Hajec, Samantha and Billy Arnone.
