He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fischer and Flora Fischer; and his brothers, Eddie, Norman and Bobby Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Fischer of Pawleys Island; his daughters, Tia M. Bach of Fredericksburg, VA, Tonya M. Pagano of Bayville, NJ and Jan Wieting-Windsor of Alloway, NJ; his grandchildren, Mia Terese Bach of Fredricksburg, VA, Corinne Wallace of Bayville, NJ, Nikolas Adamo of Brick, NJ and Erica Windsor of Alloway, NJ; his great grandchild Saige Wallace of Bayville, NJ; and his siblings, Charles Fischer of Daytona Beach, FL and Sharon Thornsbury of Honea Path, SC..
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations in Richard's honor be made to the Baskerville Food Pantry at 99 Baskerville Drive, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
