He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilcox, Sr. and Frances Wilcox (Spurlock) of Lake Placid, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Lori Wilcox of Bel Alton, MD and Julie Barkley of Chesterfield, VA; his grandchildren, Kelsey Aguirre, Hailey Aguirre and Mason Barkley of Chesterfield, VA.; and his siblings, Joseph Wilcox, Jr. (Diana) of Alpena, MI, James Wilcox (Cheryl) of Morrison, CO and Janice Moler (Ron) of Loudon, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
