He was predeceased by: his brother Stuart Rubinstein; his cousin Michael Rothbard; and his aunt Rosie Samler of Sacramento, CA. He is survived by: his grandson Frankie; his wife Patti Salizzoni-Rubinstein of Pawleys Island; his children, Jennifer (Deville Nunes) of San Pedro, CA, Jessica and Frankie of Santa Barbara, CA; his stepson Thomas Rainey of Parker, PA; his siblings, Paula Rubin (Jeff Rubin) of Brooklyn, NY and Scott Rubinstein (Rochelle Rubinstein) of Great Neck, NY; his parent-in-law Jack; his brothers-in-law, Brad Salizzoni, Amanda Salizzoni, Shawna Corle and Rusty Corle; and his cousins, Kathie Bodily Rothbard and Jeff. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
